alcohol wipes are used to sterilize skin prior to injections, I'V's etc. this story is about contaminated wipes causing major infections. check the manufacturer on your wipes if you do use injectible meds such as methotrexate, Insulin etc. this manufacturer sells under store brands and in countries outside the USA.

That's a scary story. The one thing you count on for disinfecting the skin before an injection and it is contaminated. With so many people getting shots, this could have been much worse. I'll have to bring my own wipes next time. I think I can buy them with my health savings account.
